If one of your underground pipes is broken or deteriorating, in order to fix it…
OLD WAY: dig a trench, search for the broken area, then replace the pipe.
NEW WAY: Trenchless! (‘pipe within a pipe’)
Video Pipe Inspection: A video camera is inserted into the pipe line to locate and inspect the problem area.
Using a sewer jetting machine, high pressure water clears debris and blockages inside of the pipe.
From inside the pipe, a structural repair is made using strong and durable epoxy. This ‘pipe within a pipe‘ will be as hard or harder than heavy duty PVC pipe.
Traffic can keep flowing and grass can keep growing! Your yard, landscaping, driveway, and property can stay beautiful. A crew doesn’t have to dig up your property searching for the problem area.
Plumbing & Sewer repairs are made underground, so it’s ideal for high traffic and heavy pedestrian areas. No need to stop the flow of traffic or close parking lots.
A video camera is inserted into the pipe to quickly locate and inspect the issue, so no need to spend hours digging ditches just to search for the problem area. So instead of days and days, the repair can be made in just a few hours.
The repair is structural, strong, extremely durable and long lasting. There is a 50-100 year life expectancy.
You can have peace of mind knowing the repair comes with a product & workmanship guarantee.
There is no need to cut down or disturb plants, trees, or bushes that can be a habitat for wildlife.
Also, less heavy equipment and vehicles are needed to get the job done.
"With Trenchless, we can dodge & avoid underground utilities, wires, and pipes. (This is extremely useful in congested areas.) We can avoid the mountain of dirt and minimize surface damage.
Going Trenchless helps us tunnel with a purpose!"Robert (Master Plumber)
When a customer has root intrusion into their sewer line, the problem could be 20 feet deep and excavating it might not be a viable option. Trinity Plumbing cleans out all the roots using Jetting. And then we put a liner at that transition to prevent roots from coming back. It’s like have a new pipe without digging up your whole yard.
If the problem is really deep and in a small yard, there’s alot of destruction that happens when you trench through the earth. The machinery that you’d need to dig that deep is definitely going to leave marks and there’s a mountain of dirt that comes out of a 20 foot deep hole. It’s going to destroy the whole yard and then some.
Anytime you dig a trench, there’s surface damage – to trees, grass, sidewalks, etc. If it’s a parking lot, the customer has to deal with the asphalt and traffic. There are also unforeseen obstructions underground that you risk damaging – like utilities, wires, gas lines, sewer lines, water lines.
Trenchless allows your plumbing or sewer problem to be repaired or replaced without digging a trench through your yard, landscaping, driveway, parking lot or property.
